Google, Microsoft, QT, CNBC and IBM in partnership with the Youth Empowerment and Information Communication and Technology (ICT) foundation began a world class software training programme for 350 African youths in Lagos. The programme was declared open by the Minister of Communication Technology, Omobola Johnson.
