Sola Fatoba began her career in project management at Harvard University Real Estate Services in Cambridge Massachusetts and then moved on to work with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in the USA on the largest most expensive highway project in the U.S known as ‘The Big Dig’ that rerouted the state’s Central Artery. She worked in project management for several construction companies in the capacity of Architect and Project Manager till 2006 when she assumed the role of Director of Marketing with Wise Construction Corporation, a leading USA East-Coast Construction Management and General Contracting firm. Before her appointment as MD/CEO of 234Give and having served on the Board of Directors of 234Give Ltd, she was Business Development/Sales Manager for CFAO Motors Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of CFAO Group, France with operations in 32 Africa countries and seven French overseas territories, Vietnam, Denmark and India. She is currently the Chief Philanthropy Manager for the Jim Ovia Foundation. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology with a concentration in Architecture and an Associate in Architectural Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology as well as an Executive Management Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
